Our products will go through 100% inspection before packaging and transportation. In addition, we also accept the inspection of any third-party inspection organization designated by the customer, such as ASTM, Intertek, SGS, etc. The whole process from raw material procurement to processing, packaging, storage and transportation is guaranteed. 2. Capability

In terms of pipeline equipment, the factories we cooperate with have the latest production equipment and the most mature production technology, which can cover all products, including advanced pipelines for pipelines, oil wells and power generation, as well as general pipelines.

3. Trace Ability

Traceability covers the information of each pipe section, pipe joint, valve and manufacturing elbow. Store details such as part manufacturer, country of origin, part manufacturing date and time, steel source, etc. Taking welding as an example, the software will include the welding number, its specific GPS location, execution date, executor's name, type, welding procedure specification,  installation contractor, welding qualification report, the name of the NDT contractor who tested it, the results of NDT, and whether the weld has been repaired or cut. Why is it important that the in-depth information collected through the traceability program is essential to avoid production and safety problems? This is because traceability procedures are important in pipeline testing. Historically, field operators have little information about pipeline materials, construction, or maintenance processes, but now they can use electronically collected and stored information. The program also stores the data generated by the test, which is very important for recording the system and planning future construction.

4. Independence Inspection

In terms of independent inspection, we have a first-class laboratory with a full set of mechanical and chemical testing capabilities to ensure the management of various quality control procedures in the production process. The pipeline is subject to various tests and inspections to confirm that it conforms to customer and industry specifications from raw materials to finished products. Using the above test results, the manufacturing team can immediately judge the process conditions and take any necessary measures to ensure product performance.
 
5. Third Party Inspection

Third-party inspection is the first choice for new customers. Under the operation of the company, M / S great wall steel has reached long-term cooperation with world-renowned third-party testing institutions such as BV, SGS and Intertek. In addition, at M / s great wall steel, we provide accurate inspection equipment and samples for third-party inspectors. The equipment and devices are used for dimension and dimensional tolerance inspection, tensile test, hardness test, flattening test, expansion test, etc, UT, hydrostatic test, impact test and other routine tests.

6. Inspection Report
